Zoom feature when viewing an item is not working.

Not all sellers use that feature as it is an extra charge.

No, there is no charge to use the zoom feature. But there's a minimum resolution that photos must be for it to work. Usually when it doesn't it's because the seller has uploaded photos that are too small.
