One way if you know the seller user name would be to open Advance, go down to Sellers, click on only show from, type in the name and do a search. Then contact them through one of their listings. Don't know if there is a chat feature just to contact them.

Your question is rather broad. It might help if we knew why you want to look up a seller. If you do not know the seller's username trying to find them isn't possible.
Do You want to find listings from a seller you have bought from in the past?
You can always go to your feedback profile page scroll through your received feedback, or feedback left and if you find them, click on their username, or feedback number Then on the View items for sale, from those pages. If you saved the seller in your Saved sellers, list you can open it up from your My ebay Summary page.
Do you want to ask a seller a question?
You can do that from a listing page. If you want to see if they have new items listed, click on their username on your feedback profile page, your purchase history, saved sellers list.
Are you trying to find out if a seller is reliable?
From a listing, scroll down to where you see the seller's username in a large font. Below that will be a few feedback comments, and below them is an oval with See all feedback in it. Click on that to be taken to their feedback profile page.
