I have purchased an Item, the seller has not shipped the item and does not answer multiple messages I have sent, I cannot cancel the order, Ebays help just makes you go in circles how do I open a case with Ebay to get my money back

No reason to contact anyone, everything is purposely automated. Look at the estimated date of delivery, once that date has actually passed, you simply open a case for item not received. Just follow the prompts and the system will take it from there. Seller will then either ship your item or provide a full refund. No reason to message seller either. Best of luck to you....

A day after the estimated delivery date Ebay gave you, open an Item Not Received case.
Go to your purchase history and click I didn't get it in the menu next to the item.
The seller will have 3 days to provide a tracking number showing it was delivered or refund.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
