A purchase was made using a different computer than I normally use, and I used guest checkout (I have an ebay account, but this particular order was placed without the use of the account). The order has not shipped. I wish to obtain support, however, I cannot reach an ebay agent or otherwise obtain support from ebay to resolve the issue.
As the purchase was not made under my existing ebay account, ebay support chat cannot proceed as I cannot identify the order.
How can I proceed?
