I have requested a return, and the seller has approved it. However, the return contact provided is incorrect. Despite staying in contact with the seller, they are no longer responding to your messages, which can be frustrating.

Where exactly are you in the return process?
What is this "return contact" you mention?
If you need help, we more than likely need more information.

I have requested an item for return and the seller approved. I asked to provide the correct return address but the seller never reply my messages. The return address is like the below:
Address
tai
hatamar 8
sderot Israel 8710203

Are you responsible for paying the return shipping on this return and purchasing a return label?
What all has transpired so far in your return case?

No, I have not and the seller just approved and did not provide the next step.

How do you know the address is incorrect? Sometimes sellers want their items returned to a different location than the one from which the item was shipped.
Having said that, if you’re paying for the return shipping, this does look a bit fishy.

I Googled the address and asked the seller to confirm but never answered.

This is how a return is supposed to work. What exactly is the reason for opening the return? Selecting the correct reason is important.
Go to your eBay Purchase History and open a return case.
Find the item in your Purchase History and press the big, blue 'Return this item' button. Select a reason for the return.
If it requires you to upload a photo to the return case you will need to do that.
Depending upon the reason for the return, the Seller may be required to provide a prepaid shipping label IF they want the item back before refunding. Send the item back with the prepaid return label.
When the return tracking shows delivered back to the seller, the seller will have 2 days to inspect and refund your purchase. If that does not happen, on day 3 there will be an "Ask eBay to Step In", option for you to click on. EBay will refund your money.
If seller does not send a return label within 3 days and the "Ask eBay To Step In" option is not available, you will have to contact eBay. Contact eBay thru Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/eBayForBusiness/
Using the instant messaging and explain that the seller has not provided a return label.
Under NO circumstances do you close the return before getting your refund, REGARDLESS of what the seller might tell you.
Come back here with any or all questions you might have throughout this process.

It has been 6 days since my request. I've tried asking eBay to step-in, but I'm always asked to go back to my purchase history.

You haven't answered that question @adp-trueblue plus:
Which reason did you select (from the list) for your return?

You initiate the return request, the seller approves it and you get a label to ship back (or the address to send to if you don't get a label)
End of story. The seller does not need to stay in contact
If you don't get anywhere, as Ebay to step in
