What can I do in this situation?

Hello, I bought an item via guest account on march 9 and it should have arrived on march 14, but didn't,
so I contacted to seller and explain to them that I bought an item with guest account and gave them order number, but they said that they can't do anything.
What should I do?

You need to file an item not received case.   Do you have the emails from the sale? 

There will be the eBay item number.

Did they say they shipped it? The answer then would to be patient and give it a little more time.

No they didn't answer that question, they were just complaining because the item was bought with a guest account.

What you need is the email eBay sent you confirming the purchase. It will have a link to the item. From there you'll be able to open an item not received case. Follow the instructions in the link janet9988 posted.

Did you purchase this from ebay.co.uk or ebay.com? You've come to the US (ebay.com) forums. If you purchased from the UK site that may be why we can't pull up the item. If you did purchase from eBay UK you may get more relevant advice posting in their Community:
