WHY can't I filter for only EU sellers?!

I shop mostly from the US. I have friends who live in the EU. It would be very useful to be able to filter for only EU sellers when shopping for presents for them.

And one should be able to translate to English with one click at the top of any (European or other) eBay site not in English. Even Amazon can, why not eBay?

eBay does not provide a way to search by "seller location" specifically, though you can certainly search by "item location". You can search for items listed as shipping from any individual country using an option on the Advanced Search page of ebay.com.

If you sign in to an eBay server in a EU country, you can limit your searches to items listed as shipping to the entire EU region. On ebay.com you have the option to limit to the North American region only.
