Please help me. Been a buyer only on eBay for six years now with 195 (100%) feedback. This past Monday, i was experementing with a VPN connected to a different country than my own. That's when the problem started. Been trying to reset my password, but unable to receive the six digit password on email. This is what eBay CS had me done so far. Clear cache, settings, went into incognito mode (google chrome), called, they sent a reset password email multiple times but have not receive them. Whenever i tried to reset password on my end, it goes back to sign in page.

Two tickets has been created already (Monday and Wednesday) but so far no one has tried to contact me through email or phone.

I can't even sign in on eBay community page, i have to create a new account to post here.

Please help me. I'm desperate. I don't want to start all over again with 0 feedback.

Hopeless here.

Why would want to connect from a different country?

Maybe you're blocked because that kind of activity looks suspicious.

I'm sorry I have no fix for that.

VPNs user servers around the world and can also block transmission of information vital to eBay's effort to authenticate you like IP address or country.

It may look to eBay like someone from a different country than yours is trying to login and change your password. Doubt CS understands this.

Jabe tried just disabling VPN and going back to the way you normally login?

I was only using the VPN for an hour only. Amazon was able to reset my password without a problem that same day. The only probem is i am not receiving the eBay reset password through my email. Checked Spam and Trash. Still nothing.
