Was January 7 the last estimated delivery date? If so and there is no tracking there showing delivered file an item not received case. It's all automated so no need to contact ebay. I do suspect your seller keeps trying to list the computer because as they are a new seller the funds are being held and they don't understand they must ship anyway especially since they mentioned in the listing needing money.

Sorry to go off topic, but what's with this capitalizing every word in a sentence? Is this something new? It drives me bonkers. I've seen other posters do this as well. Maddening.

It's probably a setting on their device so that the person can type faster.  It drives me nuts too but it's not as bad as all capital letters.
