Some weird things in bold red on my purchase history, WHY?

     While scanning down my purchase history for an item I bought ( info for taxes) I ran across this:

 Now this is on every other item 

and it's showing duplicates with this bold red print,  what the heck is going on now?

I'm the fastest payer in the west, just don't get this.

I did a little searching. Found this thread from November:

On that discussion elizabeth@ebay said there were no tickets at that time. Maybe she could check if that's changed?

Either way, if you want to report to CS then the social teams are good because you can upload screenshots, but if you don't have FB or twitter you can use the callback or chat options on this page: https://www.ebay.com/help/contact_us?id=4002&st=10

Looks like the issue affected a bunch of buyers in Oct/Nov because I also found these threads:

IT's probably another ebay glitch.   You paid.  Do not worry about it.  There is a glitch this week on some of my orders that show that I have to ship the item and I already printed and shipped the item.  I actually did a click on one of the items  and the system allowed me to buy a new shipping label  which I promptly voided.  It still said that I needed to ship until the next morning.

I agree that it's some kind of display error bug and not something to worry about. But I still recommend reporting it if someone has the time. Messages like the OP's are concerning to buyers.

Messages like the ones you saw about packages awaiting shipment that you already shipped are concerning to sellers - I've seen no less than 50 complaints about the shipping issue between here and social media and I wasn't even looking for them. There are probably a lot more.

The more people reporting, the higher up it goes on eBay's fix list.

Hi @wastingtime101 and @silverstatetreasureboxes. Surprisingly there is still not an Alert out for this. I agree with what @wastingtime101 stated in regard to reaching out to our agents, so they can capture the issue and get a ticket created.

Thank you for getting here quickly via @wastingtime101 . This has just recently appeared as I check my summary often ( to run off copies for my files as item sells) So this is new to me. It's disturbing to say the least.

It's also on my cell app haven't checked my desktop.

I did speak to a wonderful ebay representative and she was not seeing anything like what I seen so her suggestion is:

    Ebay App: sign out than sign back in using the Chrome browser. 

    Now, if this still doesn't work:

Ebay App maybe outdated and to re- install the latest version. 

     I will attempt to try the 1st one and will post here because I think I do have the latest version.

That's what I would suggest, too. It's why I asked if you were on the website or the app.

You can tag the mobile_feedback eBay ID if reinstalling the app doesn't fix it. Might even ask the mods to move this discussion to the Android App board @silverstatetreasureboxes.

Also make sure the OS is up-to-date on your Samsung, just in case that's affecting interaction with the eBay App.

thanks wasting, I'm on my desktop right now, signing out and signing back in did nothing. So I am updating my Samsung phone right now and then I will re-install my Ebay app. The Desktop purchase summary page showed nothing wrong so it is my phone app.

    The Ebay rep whom I spoke with was wonderful and she ask me to update the folks on the forum about this (Leslie). 

    will keep you posted after my download is finished!  

btw: lets tag @mr_lincoln because he replied to one of the mentor posts concerning this matter.

OK, I updated phone, uninstalled ebay, re installed ebay, it's still there.

Looks like March 2022 is the last time it duplicates & says Pay Now.

I'll give it a rest and recheck tomorrow,  you've been huge!

@silverstatetreasureboxes   I suspect what they will find is that the app was not updating on transactions.  I went through a period on a PC where Awaiting Payment, Auctions with bids, etc were not updating ... the bell notification was also way off not dropping items off the total count even after they shipped ...

Thursdays they historically update their servers and I would imagine the app too ... I am sure it will get corrected in short order.

Thank you hun for all this info and contacting Elizabeth,  that ebay phone contact number was wonderful and I saved it.

    I just got done filling out a response to my call yesterday and I added that ebay needs to set up a decent CS center.
