I've noticed, on a considerable number of occasions, that some suppliers will offer their goods on eBay, all well presented, and apparently very reasonably priced.
However as soon as you enter your choice of colour, size, or whatever else is required, the price will immediately increase. Far East suppliers seem to be the worst culprits, and in one instance I saw the price double! Unfortunately you may not notice this has happened, leaving you paying out far more than you had intended, and I think that this practice should be banned immediately by eBay.
Yes, you should notice, but I think it's a form of dishonesty which has to be discouraged. If it wasn't designed to earn extra cash by a form of deception, why would anyone bother doing it?

Although we have the same kind of listing issue in the U.S., and the same objection, criticism and consternation, you would probably receive the best answers, advice and discussion on your "home" community discussion boards on ebay.co.uk.
