Seller was lying about item country

I purchased a camera within EU, just after payment was made - Seller changed his country to India. I tried to talk to him and it seems that the item is in Canada.
I want to cancel my order - but seems there is no such option.
It was misleading listing and if item will arrive- I will be forced to pay $400+ customs and duties, but if I wanted to do this - I would purchase item outside EU, but I was specifically looking for an item within EU.
Seller is a liar.

Report the seller to eBay for item location misrepresentation.
