Seller got terminated before I recieved item and I already sent money.

So I am here because I bought something for my son (well 3 of them) for 126 dollars and Contacted seller after no progress and he was from china oddly so he mentioned he contacted a logistics company and they will ship it in 3 days. Well its been 3 days and his account is terminated meaning he probably scammed other people to since 19 sold and I tried to refund but it said I'm to far in the process to cancel now. I read the eBay money back guarantee though and it said that if you don't receive item or its been under 30 days you get your money back however it still wont let me and tells me to contact the TERMINATED seller who I can no longer contact and I am wondering how to get my money back. I am hoping that someone can help me and I understand if it takes time but I am grateful to anyone who does Thank you - sincerely ShinyM0.

If this is a new seller … the account could be closed temporarily because it wasn’t set up correctly.  Here’s what to do:

Check the Estimated Delivery Date you were given in your Purchase History.  The day after the EDD … file an ‘Item not received’ claim for each individual item if there’s been no notification of shipping.

If the EDD is in the distant future … AND you haven’t been notified about shipping … the easiest way to handle the issue is to request a chargeback from your credit card company.

Well, that is a shame. Normally, I'd advise you to open an Item Not Received claim one day past the Estimated Delivery Date on your order. If you hear no better advice, do that.

With your seller being NARU (Not A Registered User... what I think you mean by "TERMINATED"), I'll now offer that you sit tight and wait for other posters with knowledge of and/or experience with this. Good luck and good golly...

They fact that the seller has been NARUed does not affect the MBG, although if enough claims are filed Ebay may remove the waiting period.

Check the EDD.

As long as it still shows the purchase and it hasn't disappeared you should be OK.

The purchase of the item disappearing...now that would be strange.

Its just a shame your money is tied up and you have to wait until estimated date of delivery...hopefully that's not a long time.

he is a NARU not a registered user and the thing that i thought was odd from my previous orders is there was no estimated date of delivery anyway I filed a item has not arrived and I need to wait another 3 days and its paypal so I dont think i can ask for a chargeback
