Searching For a Seller When All That is Known is Sellers Area

I have worked with a seller who is supposedly on eBay from the Bakersfield, California area. I have seen the sellers store once (unfortunately did not save the seller) but I have no idea how to search for the seller with the current UI tools....

If you know the general area, and what sort of items the seller sells, and you think you might recognize the seller's username if you saw it, try searching for the seller's items using the seller's zip code or a near zip code in the Item location filter on the left side of the page and then sorting the results by nearest first to show you items in that area.
