Refund submitted but order not cancelled

My eBay order says that it was refunded but I haven't received a refund and eBay tracking says it is shipped, did the seller cancel the order or is my item still arriving?

We're just buyers and sellers here... not eBay. We can't say that the order is cancelled (your seller would do that), but can advise to keep an eye on tracking... your item might still arrive. If it does, great.

Usually, when you receive a notice that a seller refunded you, a reason is given Ex; The item was lost or stolen or was damaged, there was a problem with the address.  The item being marked as shipped could be because the seller created a shipping label. However, if a tracking number was issued but there is no acceptance scan from the carrier, it is probably not on its way.
