Right click on any photo in the listing you bought from and save it as a file and try uploading that.

Or perhaps the photo you took yourself is to big to upload. Resize the photo and try that. Perhaps it has to be under 3MB in size,  not sure.

@wynleo,

If the reason you want to return the item is Not as described, or it does not work, you do not need to upload a photo. If it is about shoes or clothing being the wrong size than the listing stated. Then you would have to upload a photo of the size tag.

If you are using a digital camera and uploading a photo to your ISP or Browser's photo album before transferring it to ebay you need to first save it as a JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIF... file that is no larger than 7mb per side. You can resize it the way @lakefor94  suggested.

Another option would be to change the setting on your camera you would go to the camera's menu there will be a selection for Image Mode, Photo Quality, or Size, depending on the Mfr's nomenclature.  If you are trying to transfer a photo from a phone open its camera and tap the (cog/gear) icon there should be an image size selection there. You may be able to do it by opening the photo and using the edit menu  Or you can transfer the photo to an album to resize it.  Good Luck.
