Hallo, I have a question, ordered an item through the Ebay intl Delivery and the last status  is "Package not received by Hub or First Mile Carrier yet" does it mean it  lost? Pitney Bowes shippping company took care of it.

Thanks, I know that, but I wanted to know what this status "Package not received by Hub or First Mile Carrier yet" mean? is it 100 proof of the package lost or is it just a delay ?

Since you are located in Latvia, chances are your package is in Lockport with others going to your region of the Europe. They are waiting until there is enough of them to fill an airline shipping container so they can be shipped to Europe at a bulk rate cost.

I think you're worrying far too much about the steps of tracking. And how does a package 'accidentally' start to move? All that matters is that it's moving and that you're covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee should it not arrive.
