Item removed Ebay keeps the money!

I want to know why when ebay closes an Item they do not return the money! It says item not paid for even though money has been taken out of paypal!

Since it says Item has not been paid for Ebay will not do anything about it after they removed the item!

When ebay removes a listing/seller, they send you an email explaining what to do. If you have not paid, you are no longer obligated to pay.

If you have paid, wait for your item to arrive. If it doesn't arrive within a reasonable length of time, you will need to log into Paypal. Go to their Resolution Center and file an item not received case, stating that ebay removed the listing, in order to get your money back. You probably won't be able to file until the estimated delivery date has passed.
