Go to your eBay purchase history and find the item there. From there you can message the seller.

When you purchased the item, eBay sent an email to you and that email will have the seller's information as well.

Or you can Google the part number and perhaps find information there.

99 percent of the time you will find that info in a Google search. I've looked up technical info for troubleshooting components of $600, 000  German CMC machines... You will most likely find the same for your tachometer.

If your tach is a brand name one, you should be able to find the installation info on the company's site.  If it was an off brand or no name brand part,  You may have to search online for "wiring a (2-3-4) wire tachometer on my (your car year, make and model here)". 

I hope you did not buy an off or no name brand tach made in China.
