I made an offer on an item which is listed as shipping available worldwide. Offer got accepted and now when am trying to pay Ebay states the seller hasn't included shipping cost to my location. But in the listed the shipping cost is shown to my address. How to resolve this?

No actually that is my zipcode here in Sri Lanka. Anyhow it wasn't seller's fault or listing's fault. Seems like its a glitch. It was the same on the desktop site.
But in the desktop there as an option to request total with a new invoice in the checkout page. I tried that and maybe the seller replied to it or something and within half an hour the eroor disappeared and i made the payment. So matter resolved. Thanks for the feedback from you guys!!

A seller may give a price and state "worlwide" however if you look at the Seller ships world wide area you will see a See exclusions button. Sri Lanka, may be on their exclusion list.
If the shipping cost was Free Shipping it may be only for domestic sales in their country. Try clicking on the Payment & Shipping tab. There may be a a box there where you can add your country to get a shipping quote.

When i check shipping cost to Sri Lanka, it shows 10$. But still the error appears on the checkout page.

You may be running into a glitch. You might want to try signing in the classic way without using the app.
Before you do anything though, did you look at the seller's feedback profile? You should do that and click on the number of negatives they have received, to read only those comments. I personally would not buy from them. The problem or glitch may be saving you.

In your screen shot it says: "Delivery to 20232", shouldn't it say "Delivery to Sri Lanka"? 20232 is a Washington, DC zip code. Are you using a forwarder?
