Is your complaint regarding the recent negative feedback you left for a seller?
The sneakers were/are part of ebay's "authenticity guaranteed" program and it's ebay who doesn't allow communication between the buyer and the seller. It's out of the seller's control and IMO, you should ask the seller to send you a feedback revision request. The seller didn't do anything wrong.

Yikes. If it was like the other poster stated, the seller does NOT get your emails! If you got the sneakers, they are a final sale. The ad should tell you that if the item is part of the ebay authentication program, they are a final sale. If they do not fit , then you need to sell them yourself because you can NOT get a refund.

Your feedback also indicates that neither of the two items you sold was shipped. So apparently it's you that buyers need to beware of.
