How to make PayPal always be the default?

It cannot be done. eBay is rolling out their own Managed payment system, and will be phasing out PayPal over the next few years. As it is there are 3 options, two of which are PayPal. How hard is it to click on one button?

I was so until recently, but then the setting has changed. My friend also has a PayPal default by default when buying a product.
