You can access basic information about your purchases back through 2017 using the dropdown at the top of your purchase history. See this thread for other options to access your past history. An eBay CS rep won't be able to give you any more information than that.

But you need to be aware that few manufacturers recognize warranties offered by anyone other than an authorized retailer, which most eBay sellers aren't. So most warranties offered on eBay are worthless.

Any warranty would be covered by the company that made the item, not the seller.  However, unless purchased from a factory dealer your often not covered.
