Buyer requested to change feedback

Can anyone help me figure out , how to send review revision request to Nuer? The buyer wants to remove a negative review. I sent a revision but I believe I sent it to EBay and they refused to remove it. I found another link to send to customer, after I clicked it seemed as if it disappeared. The buyer still hasn’t received the request. They’re trying to help me out and are very understanding. Please help 😩

Real simple to do... go to your feedback you will find send revision request next to the feedback from your buyer. 
If your buyer didn't ask you to send one, they may either decline it or ignore it.

I notice your revised feedback  is "0"....Maybe others here can explain it more in detail.

Or the buyer perhaps changed mind to revise feedback.

Sorry, supposed to say buyer. Lol.. The buyer said he tried to remove it but I have to send the revised request to him. I’ve tried but nothing came through on his end.
