Buyer received package but tracking number doesn't work and I have not been paid

I combined three items in one package and used one tracking number. The items were delivered, but funds are on hold. Is it because I used one tracking number (there were three separate purchases) and used that number in the "add tracking number" slot. I was trying to be efficient but I obviously did something wrong.

One tip is to make sure you've loaded the tracking number into all 3 orders, but it reads as if you've done that. I think your funds are on hold because you're a new seller. Hang in there.

Because of the payment hold mentioned by MT...,  your funds from an individual sale are released within a day of tracking showing Delivered, but it can take 3-5 days for the payment to show up in your bank account. Some of that delay can be caused by your bank verifying the ACH transfers, which is how the funds are deposited. Some banks do not process transfers on weekends or national holidays. Once they have received a couple from ebay commerce, they will automatically credit them when received.

When setting up your account how often did you select to get paid? You need to go to your Seller Hub > Payments, to see how often you selected to receive payments after they are released. 

Since you are a new seller you really need to receive feedback. However, you have only received 2 so far, and have not left any for your buyers. At this point it would be a good idea for you to leave feedback as soon as you ship.  Later on you can decide on your own how you want to handle leaving feedback.

When you shipped the 3 items did you send the buyer a combined shipping invoice, or refund them the difference in what it cost to ship the 3 items together?  If you shipped the items in one package but did not adjust or refund the difference, that is an invitation to get negative feedback, and at this point just 1 could seriously affect your feedback percentage.
