Authentication Issue

So a week or so ago i purchased a pair of Jordan 1s and received them last week Friday however upon opening the package today i discovered the internal packing torn and very messy and the NFC tag attached to the shoe doesn’t come up with anything (images attached) however i found a 2nd NFC tag no attached just sitting in the shoe how do i resolve this as this will cause issues in the future in case I’d like to sell them.

Were the shoes forwarded to you by an eBay authentication service?  or were they sent to you directly from the seller?  

You are in the UK, and we are glad to help you as best that we can, but keep in mind rules in your country may be different.  Perhaps you would get better advice on the UK forums?   Don't feel bad, there is some direct link to the community that tends to lead here instead of the UK for many users.

my bad I did not realise this isn’t the UK EBay Community but not to worry managed to find the correct one and yes these were sent to me via the eBay authentication team and it was only then that i discovered these issues but nonetheless thank you for the advice and for pointing me in the right direction.
