Hulet Glass Ball Button

I have a glass ball button that came to me labeled Hulet. Does anyone know what Hulet stands for. The button is a transparent blue glass with flowers.

Might be a glass blower who made it.  Does it seem like a paperweight button? Have an image?

I have had some luck finding information about buttons by googling the information found on button backs along with short descriptor. Try googling:  Hulet glass ball button and see what comes up.
