Could someone please tell me what these are. They appear to fit thru a button hole for some kind of decoration or something. I would appreciate any and all information........Thank you .....Connie
Hello: My best guess is either to hold a buttonless cardigan on...Or have a look at some German or Austrian dirndls as they do use elegant decorations on their dresses. Wait to see what everyone else has to say...good luck.
