I'm a seller and this is my 1st time printing a return label as a buyer and the format for the return label doesn't allow me to print on my Zebra thermal printer. The format is just for a standard printer. Does anyone know how to change the settings?

Unknown Lab Equipment Part
Does anyone know what this is? Could be a part of a spectrophotometer, but not certain. The inside is hollow but has a mirrored lens of some sort. It measures approx. 7" across and weighs over 3lbs.Thank you for any assistance.
