Usps package stuck at accepted for 6 days now

Hi i bought a package from the 16 on the 17th showed package accepted the estimated delivery date was the 21 its now the 23 i check for updates on the website and it just shows package accepted i called customer service and they were no help any solution will be appreciated

What is the last estimated date for arrival eBay gave you at purchase?

The tracking shows the last place the shipment was recorded not where it is at the moment.

If the last estimated date has passed, file an Item Not Received claim with eBay and get a refund.

You can also sign up for USPS tracking updates, as that sometimes gets the package moving.  I just had a priority package sent across the country, taking a full month to arrive.  Ridiculous service from the USPS!  You have the eBay 30 day money back guarantee past your estimated date of delivery.  Keep an eye on that date.

eBay will not do anything until the normal -- what is it 14 days? -- period has passed. 

Sellers can try and nudge to package along from their end--some times it works, but lately USPS has been peddling some value-added service to Clik-n-ship that might infringe on that. You'll have to contact the seller and get him to do that for you.

If it remains stuck along the way you can file an Item not Received claim, and it will be paid immediately once the normal 2 or 3 week period has passed. Then if you get the item it is yours.
