You will need to expand on what your statement is about. You are not contacting eBay or the seller, we are other buyers and sellers.
Closed what kind of request for reference?

I closed the return of the mistake before the product arrived, and when the producer arrived, I was different, so I wanted to open a request for a return again, so my request was rejected, what is the solution to open his case on the seller and how to start opening the case

Ok but suggest if you can, unselect mine as a solution and edit your first post and give the information in your last post.

I didn't understand what you want

I think the author of this thread is saying that he requested a return on an item, but closed the request before the item arrived. Once the item arrived, he again needs to request a return, but his request for a return was rejected and he needs help re-opening the case.

Abdu7_1988, I received your message asking for help and I'm going to try to help you in this forum.
First of all, here is the link to eBay's return policies:
Note this part:
For buyers:
If you click on "Return an item for a refund," it will show you the recent items you purchased and then you can choose which item is the one you want to return.
However, your question sounds like you started a return, but then closed it, and now want to re-open it again.
Here is how to appeal a refund request case that has already been closed:
You can appeal within 30 calendar days of the case closing.
According to eBay, when you appeal, they will review the case and any new information you provide, and come back to you with a final decision. They'll normally get back to you within 48 hours, though occasionally it can take a little longer.
Just click that link and start the appeal process. Good luck!

"I didn't understand what you want"
I was suggesting that if you can, unclick my reply as a best answer. Generally, once marked as such people stop looking.
The other part was to cut and paste the added information to the original post, so people knew what you needed help with and actions you had taken so far.

What you’re describing and what the OP’s issue is are not comparable. You’re describing a situation where someone opens a case, eBay rules against them, and then eBay closes the case, they can present additional evidence for the case.
In this situation, the OP closed the case, so they can’t appeal, and the case can’t be reopened.
In this situation, it’s necessary to move on from eBay, and open a claim with PayPal (if the buyer paid that way), or with their bank/credit card company.
