Need Help with Japanese Book

 I hope someone can help with information about this book.  I 'think' this is Japanese.

Book is back to front; all writing in the book is in other language, but the pages are numbered 1 - 246.

Photos are mostly pin-up type / nudes of Caucasian females, but there are also Asian women and construction of a building ...

I've included several photos of what might be the publisher page / index?

Glad to help. I can't speak or read Japanese myself, but there's almost always a way to track down a book title if you're determined enough!
