Can't find any value or much info on this rare botany book. The only copies I can find are located at a few college universities. It's a 2 volume in one with many hand colored plates.

There is one on abe that is not exactly the same as yours but includes the first 44 pages of the magazine. The title there, that you can search, is
The American Flora; Or History of Plants and Wild Flowers; Containing a Systematic and General Description, Natural History, Chemical and Medical Properties. [Bound with "Monthly Flora" (1846) Vol. I]
Maybe this will help? Their description indicates that The Monthly Flora was published for only one year.
You probably know that there are a lot of modern cheap reprints out there.

Shame about the tide marks but it is what it is. Lovely color work.
You want to show more pictures of the plates.
It is the complete year run, and the only year it was published. If figtree didn't find a bunch they aren't out there--check with worldcat for holdings in libraries.
With the water damage, I'd list it around $150 for a while.
