Re: zoom function not working

The mouseover zoom only works if the seller has provided a large enough picture -- at least 800 pixels wide or high.

If you are unable to zoom any images on any listings, try another browser to rule out a browser issue.

Re: zoom function not working

Thanks,, I have tried both methods, even on old items that i have zoomed in the past,  all it will let me do is enlarge the pictures,  not clear photos too far from camera to see any detail, this is the second day of this issue.  ebay has disengaged  my ability to return a item, when i select return a item the box goes dim, when you could call them and speek with a live person they would just shine me on and not fix it. ???bad bad bad.

Re: zoom function not working

You should be able to view and zoom images if they are large enough.

You should also be able to return an item unless eBay has specifically told you directly that you cannot.

Both issues you describe could be the result of a problem with a browser.

What browsers have you tried? Latest versions? Any pending updates waiting to be installed?

Sometimes restarting your browser or your device can be helpful.

Otherwise, try the latest version of a popular browser you have not already tried, preferably newly installed with default settings and no add-ons.

Or try another device to rule out a problem with your computer.

Re: zoom function not working

Thanks  for your reply,  its not that i can not return a item, it is that in order to return a item, you must click the little blue window that says return a item....when that i key the box  , it goes dim and that is far as i can get,  when i try to phone them they give me some kind of link address to express my problem...I am 75 and cant handle a smart phone, to hard for me to understand.I have tried 3 different ones,  with that said i can not figure out the code that ebay sends to me to contact customer service, to return the item,,,, aside from all that I have been a buyer on ebay 20 years, never sold a item only a buyer, over $100000.00  in all and have never had any problems, with return items or not being able to zoom. today they sent me a request to do a survey for high dollar item buyers
