I've received the print shipping notice email and when i attempt to print the shipping label - i get the following message: We couldn't process your request because of a technical issue. Please try again.

Make sure you are not signed in to a different eBay account when printing the label. If you purchased using another eBay account, sign in to that account and find the transaction in your Purchase History and go from there.
If you purchased as a guest, sign out of your current eBay account before using the link in the email to print the label.
If you have already been refunded, the label may not longer be valid.
