why is my item not showing in summary? (after filing Did Not Receive)

Anyone know why the listing won't show up under my purchased items list?  Item hasn't showed up- so I sent seller a msg & started the process.  The whole listing is gone from my Summary & Purchased item list- so, it's super awkward to navigate.  Any ideas?

How long ago did you make the purchase? The default view of Purchase History is the last sixty days.

Check to make sure the transaction has not been "hidden" on the purchase history page:

In some situations, eBay may remove a listing for a policy violation. Is the listing still visible? Is the seller still registered?

Purchase was this month.  Seller is still selling same items.  I just cant see the transaction in MY summary.  When I go to the items being sold - I can see that it says I've purchased item before.  Description has been changed (to increase shipping fee).  I believe my item was shipped.  We were just told it'd be Priority & has been shipped ground- which takes 3-5 weeks to Alaska.  Bummer- as the package deal is why we made purchase.  Vehicle is torn apart & no part for weeks after spending $300.  Sure wish seller would have just cancelled my purchase & explained.  Nevertheless, the purchase doesn't show up in my summary & it's awkward to find.
