i bought a inclosed clip board and it started coming apart within the first couple of pulls on the handle ...its all plastic where it joins together and it probably wont last a week before it comes apart...the seller sent me 4 messages instantly asking if im satisfied and make sure i leave him 5 stars...but when i send a message says i want a refund i hear nothing...so i send a message thru ebay and now i have to wait up to 7 more days for a response...if the seller doesnt respond the ebay will contact them..now i am into it for almost weeks and no product to use...not sure how long i have to wait for ebay but i ordered a product under the terms of del. date because i need it then...not on e week or two weeks or maybe even three when all said and done.
in the mean time i have to buy another one so thats twice the amount i have to fork over until they decide and this is a if....if they decide in my favor..i shouldnt have to wait all this time
you took my money in seconds and i should be able to get my money back the same way

It should not take 7 days for the seller to reply, unless you are counting the weekend.
Go to My ebay > Purchase History and select RETURN THIS ITEM. You have up t o 30 days from receipt of the item. For the reason, select Not as Described. You will need to click on More actions. The seller will have 3 days to reply. If no reply, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in. If the seller accepts the return, he is responsible for supplying a prepaid shipping label. Print out the label, affix it to the box, and make sure the carrier scans the label. Once tracking shows DELIVERED back to the seller, he has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
