How do you complete the sale if you do local pick up, but total includes shipping fee?

If the buyer selects LOCAL PICKUP, there should be no shipping charge. You can send an invoice and zero out the shipping. Make sure the buyer brings CASH when picking up the item. No Paypal payment, because you will not have a tracking number, and therefore Paypal will hold the payment for 21 days if there is no tracking.
