when does negative feedback get removed?

A buyer left neg feedback a year ago, and ebay will not remove, even though i was not at fault and immediately gave a full refund and left poitive feedback. can someone help me please?

The negative feedback number will disappear from your profile page one year from the date it was received.  It will still show up in your feedback list if a buyer expands it to show 200 feedback per page, the comment is on page 5 of your profile at the default 25 feedback per page.

Then what would help your problem?  Your original posting asked "can someone help me please" which was an open-ended request.  We don't have the power to remove the feedback, if that's what you wanted.  The reply by mudshark was a perfect explanation ... the neg figures into your percentage calculation for a year; then, after the year, the neg won't affect the calculation and you'll go back up to 100% assuming you don't get/have any other negatives less than a year old.
