Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
It is also nice to send the seller a message and explain what you received. Mistakes happen.

If the seller sends you something other than what was described, file a "not as described" case with eBay and prepare to return what you received. The seller will be required to refund you directly or else provide a prepaid return label or pay for tracked shipping and refund you upon return. If the seller does not cooperate, after three business days, ask eBay to step in and refund you.
