Sellers who cancel an order as 'out of stock' give themselves a 'defect' by doing so.  Defects have a significant affect on a seller's ability to sell on eBay.

I'm very sorry this happened.  When a seller uses a dropshipper ... they aren't aways notified beforehand that an item has run out.

yes, they sent me a refund today 2 days after it was to be delivered.

I think they should be banned from selling on eBay.
