what is going on with slow to no delivery on items i ordered

This is the third time in the last month that I have been waiting for an extended period of time for an item to arrive... One item never made it  and ebay refunded me. 

It is very frustrating when you are checking the tracking and items are not moving with promises that they are on the way

What part of the US are you in?  I am seeing my packages to the west coast moving quite slowly.

yes this latest one is from the west coast

I had one that claimed an address in Florida and turns out they had to wait for the package to arrive from somewhere else ( Im guessing China but I can't be sure ) that one still hasn't arrived and its been about 8 days

@mstovel.914   Wait ONE day past the original estimated delivery date and then file an Item not received claim via the item in your purchase history.  That Seller's listing gave you that date, YOU do NOT have to wait for them to get the item from somewhere else, only for them to get it to you ... 

If you wait too long you will not be able to file a claim in eBay ... 30 days is the time you have.
