i returned a parcel with return label i got from seller i can not track the item i posted it asuming it was all correct but im starting to doubt that they my have uploaded a fake label and god knows were item was sent to and whats worse seller is no longer on ebay and item was removed as prohibited i want my refund been trying to track parcel if i cant track it how can they contacted royal mail about my concern is buyer protection gonna save me from this possible fraudelent seller or am i gonna lose both item and money
