Normally, I associate "private browsing" with an incognito mode of the browser itself. My Firefox browser calls this "private browsing" mode. The mode is begun when a private browsing window is opened. This is what Firefox says about "private browsing":
When you browse in a Private Window, Firefox does not save:
- visited pages
- cookies
- searches
- temporary files
Firefox will save your:
- bookmarks
- downloads
I'm not quite sure what you are seeing. Is it actually a real eBay page, or is it possibly a fake page accessed from some other website or email link?
