What to do?  It's probably time to read eBay's Money Back Guarantee (top of every listing) to learn that you are fully protected if an item is 'not as described' in some way ... regardless of the seller's return policy.  🙂

 

You start by filing a 'return request' from your Purchase History ... and be sure to ask eBay to step in after 3 business days if the seller hasn't provided either a full refund OR a prepaid shipping label by then.
