If an eBay feature does not appear or work in one browser but does in another, it may prove useful to clear the browser cache in the problematic browser. If that does not help, try manually erasing just the eBay cookies in that browser. After that, it may be helpful to look at settings and add-ons for potential differences between the working and nonworking browser.
