I have bought a watch and found out after I received it is fake..Ebay says to return it..But by doing so they will sell it to someone else... I cant get a real person to help...what do I do

If you want a refund ... you have to return the watch if that was what you were told to do.  I understand how you feel, as I was required to return counterfeit software once in order to be refunded.  I decided to write FAKE! in permanent marker over every disc and sheet of paper ... but I can't recommend you take measures against the watch.
