want to make a return

I want to return the goods for my purchase because the shipping address is wrong, I have informed the seller and he responded to want to change it. but the seller did not change the address so it was sent to the wrong address so I want to return it.

please help solve it

It is up to the buyer to make sure these details are correct before bidding/paying. 
Sellers are not allowed to ship to a location different than what shows on the shipping label. 

One can’t return something they don’t have. 

Maybe the carrier will return it to the seller, maybe the package is lost forever. 

Go in now and make sure your address is correct for the next thing you buy.
