usps priority mail small flat rate box not an option anymore

I just tried to set an item up with the default USPS priority mail small flat rate box and it is not an option anymore. I want this to be the default free choice for my customers.  I have some old items that offer this but I can not set up new items with this default choice.  I know that I can change it while printing the label but sometimes they slip though and I have to void  and regenerate a new label.  Does anyone know a work around or how to contact eBay web management?

You need to enter dimensions that will fit the SFR box, then it will show as an option.  The height can not be more than 1".
