using myibidder

i used myibidder to snip an item i put a bid at 280 on an item that the final price was 252 but the seller says i did not win this item and the item is not showing up in my did not win area. i have contacted the seller and they say i am not the winner but last i knew 280 is alot more then 252.

Does your bid appear on the item's bid history page?

Perhaps eBay did not receive the bid from your sniping service or program.

You get with your snipe service and see if they captured an error message saying why your bid failed. There are many reasons why a bid at any time might not be accepted by eBay.
